Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the event services provided by Digital Events LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Provision of Services

Digital Events LLC agrees to provide event planning, coordination, and production services as outlined in your specific service proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or other written agreement.

2. Timelines and Expectations

While Digital Events LLC endeavors to meet all estimated project timelines, dates provided for deliverables are estimations. Delays caused by third-party vendors, client approvals, venue access, or requested scope revisions may adjust project timing accordingly.

3. Fees and Payments

Clients agree to remit payment for services as dictated by their contract. Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are due according to the approved agreement. Third-party expenses such as venue fees, platform fees, travel, or vendor costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Cooperation

To ensure successful service delivery, the client agrees to provide timely access to required materials, approvals, contacts, venue information, and brand assets requested by Digital Events LLC.

5. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the governing agreement. Upon termination, ownership and usage rights for completed deliverables follow the terms of the applicable contract, provided all outstanding invoices owed to Digital Events LLC are paid in full.
